In January 2017 Nelia Miller, Allison Sokolowski and I spent a month creating a devised piece about the Planetary Nebula Abell 39. We created a piece and performed at National Cool Shorts in February. We were very challenged and inspired by this process, and I think we all learned a lot about what we like, what we want to make, how we want to make it and the kinds of performances we enjoy the most in sharing our work. Here is a piece I wrote for this project.
